On the Systemization of Party's Construction of style of Work

党的作风建设制度化问题,是总结历史和现实经验教训得出的必然结论,也是由制度自身的本质特征及党的制度建设与作风建设之间的关系决定的。推进党的作风建设制度化,必须在总结作风建设制度化的基本经验和形成党内广泛共识的基础上,建立健全党的作风建设的规章、准则和各项具体制度,改革和完善党的作风建设的组织体制。

The systemization of Party' construction of style of work is an inevitable conclusion arrived at by summing up the history and actual experience and it is also a necessary step as far as the quality of system itself and construction of Par- ty's system and style of work are concerned. However, the promotion of the systemization of Party's construction of style of work should be based on the summary of essential experience of it and the consensus of Party members. Meanwhile rules and regulations concerned should be improved.
