问题与对策:论重组高校基层组织的建设

Problems and Countermeasures: On Construction of Reorganizing the Organizations at the Basic Level in Universities

随着当代中国社会管理体制改革的全面深化,高校尤其是重组高校出现了新的问题,面临着新的挑战。文章分析了重组高校基层组织的建设目前存在着三大实际问题。并在此基础上,提出了解决这些问题的五点思路。

With the entire deepening of the structural reform in administration throughout the Chinese society, new prob-- lems have occurred in universities, especially in the reorganized ones, and these universities are confronted with new chal-- lenges. This article analyzed the three major actual problems existing currently in the construction of the organizations at the basic level in reorganized universities, and presented five ideas for the setilement of these problems on the basis of this issue,
