摘要
在全球经济一体化过程中,不同文化之间的差异与冲突引起了人们更多的关注,而这些冲突主要聚焦在跨国机构中,本文正是从这一角度出发,探讨了我国企业在全球化经济交流中面临的文化冲突的问题、原因、对跨国经营的影响及其解决办法,提出通过以跨文化管理促进中国机构参与全球经济交流与中外文化的融合。
In the global course of economic integration, conflict and the discrepancy between different cultures have also
aroused the solicitude of more people, and these conflicts also focus on multinational organization. From this angle, this paper
has discussed the reason, the problem, the influence over the multinational operation and its solution of the cultural conflict
that the enterprise of our country is faced with in globalization economic exchange. It puts forward that cultural management
can promote Chinese organization to participate in global economic exchange as well as in foreign language melt mix together.
