摘要
运用地理信息系统 (GIS)技术和方法 ,以 1∶2 .5× 10 5数字地图为基础 ,根据长江流域范围内的河流湖库水域使用功能、经济发展以及污染物总量控制的要求 ,划定了水域分类管理功能区 ,建立基于GIS的长江流域水环境功能区划 。
According to the function, the economy and total pollutants control of the Yangtze river valley, water function areas were divided by GIS(geographic information systems) technology based on a digital map with 1∶2.5×10~5. The water environment function areas of the Yangtze river valley based on GIS were established, and a based flatform was built, on which digitally management for Yangtze river valley can develop.
