摘要
国际社会发展观念和发展方式已发生重构和转变,我们必须按照科学发展观的要求,树立具有中国特色的和谐发展观,这是与全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标相统一的。
The reconstruction and conversion of the social development notion and mode require the forming of the views on the harmonious development with the Chinese characteristics according to the 'Scientific views on development ,which is consistent with the striving aim of the full construction to comparative well -off society.
