在溶剂水中,三乙基苄基氯化铵(TEBA)存在下,芳亚甲基丙二酸亚异丙酯与5,5 二甲基 1,3 环己二酮反应为7,7 二甲基 4 芳基 5 氧代 3,4,5,6,7,8 六氢化香豆素提供了一种快速、方便、高效和洁净的合成方法.
The reaction of arylmethylene isopropylidene malonate with 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclo hexanedione in water in the presence of triethylbenzylammonium chloride(TEBA) provides a fast, efficient, high-yielding and clean access to 7,7-dimehtyl-4-aryl-5-oxo-3,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-coumarin.
