摘要
禅宗丛林制度在人员选用、重大事务决策和退职人员管理等方面有民主的管理特性,是建立在广泛而深入的平等观念上的管理,是—种特殊有效的自我管理模式。
After a deliberate expatiation of the essensial meaning of Cong-Lin System of Zen, this paper holds the view that Cong-Lin system bears the management characteristics of managers selecting and appointing, important business decision-making, dealing with retired managers and the like it shares the management characteristics. Thus, Cong-Lin System of Zen is a kind of intergrative effective self-management mode based on the wide spread notion of equality.
