摘要
1982年北京建国饭店的开业是我国现代饭店的起点。至今,我国现代饭店经历了1982～1988、1991～1996两个发展期和1989～1990、1997～1999两个低谷期,呈现出波浪式前进的轨迹;从2000年起,开始走出低谷,恢复并有可能进入第三个发展期。在每个时期,我国现代饭店的发展都有其不同的动因和特点。
The modern hotels in China had experienced two developing period which from 1982 to 1988 and 1991 to 1996, also two declining period from 1989 to 1990 and 1997 to 1999, the track just like wave. From 2000, the modern hotels begin to resume and perhaps come into the third period. The development of modern hotels in China has different reasons and characteristics in each period.
