摘要
应用微波辐照方法 ,采用单因子法考察了微波照射时间、煤粉粒径、浸提剂等因素对黄铁矿向磁黄铁矿转化效果的影响 .并应用正交试验考察各因素对黄铁矿转化效果的综合影响 ,优选出黄铁矿转化的最佳工艺条件为 :微波辐照 3min、加NaOH浸提剂、煤粉粒径为 0 .0 86~ 0 .10 2mm ,此时转化率可达到 4 5 .7%
The high sulfur coal was treated under microwave radiation. The effect of treating condition, including irradiation time, the size of pulverized coal, and additive substance (Na2CO3, NaOH and CuCl2·2H2O) on the conversion rate of pyrite was studied by single factor method. The Orthogonal design method was used to explore these factors of influencing the conversion rate of pyrite, and the optimal treating conditions of conversion by microwave radiation obtained. The optimum conditions are that treatment time is 3 min, the range of the particle size is from 0.008?6 to 0.102?mm, and sodium hydroxide is used as additive so that the conversion rate of pyrite can reach up to 45.7?%.
