随着 计 算机 技术 、通 信 技术 、网 络技 术的 应 用，图书 馆服 务 模式 发生 了 巨大 变化。 在 分析 传统 信 息服 务模 式 的基 础上 ，针 对高 校图 书 馆用 户的 信 息需 求 ，提 出 了网 络环境 下 信息 服务 的 新思 路。

A long with the application ofthe com putertechnique,com m unication technique and network technique,the Library's service m ode has been changed greatly.Based on the analysis on the traditionalinform ation service m ode,and in the lightofuniversity library users'inform ation requirem ents,this paper puts forward som e new ideas ofthe inform ation service under the network environm ent.
