本文报告18例施行颈椎体次全切除椎间盘摘除和植骨融合术治疗颈椎管狭窄症并椎间盘突出症,取得满意效果。详细描述了手术方法,并就颈椎管狭窄症合并发生颈椎间盘突出症、颈脊髓减压彻底性比较、疗效评价标准和术后外固定及其稳定性方面进行了探讨。

Since 1991 , eighteen cases of cervical spinal canal stenosis complicated by inter-vetebral disc hernias have been treated by subtotal resection of cervical spinal vertebrobodies,dis-cectomy and interbodies fusion with bone grafting. The results were excellent or good. In this paper, the operative techniques are described in detail. The mechanism of the cervical spinal canal stenosis complicated by intervertebral disc hernias, contrast with other extensive decompression techniques for treatment of cervical spondylosis,evaluation standard for functional conditions of cervical spinal cord, postoperative extra-fixation and stability are discussed.
