摘要
在市场交易活动中,经营者应该遵循公平、诚实信用原则,必须遵守公认的商业道德。“反向假冒”行为却违背了这条原则。本文旨在揭露这种不正常现象的危害性,并对这种现象的本质及其法律规制予以阐述。
An operator should follow the principles of equality, faithfulness, honesty, credibility, and observe generally recognized business ethics in transactions in the market. But 'inverse passing-off' violates these principles. The article intends to expose the harmfulness of this phenomenon, and probes into its nature and legal regulation.
