产业集群——东北振兴的必由之路

Industry Cluster——the only Way to Rejuvenating the Northeast China

改革开放以来,我国的东北地区出现结构性矛盾突出、机制不灵等的一系列问题,被称为“东北现象”。西部大开发之后,十六大提出要“振兴东北”的战略决策。本文认为地区发展的关键是形成具有竞争力的产业。目前,产业集群所表现出的强劲、持续的竞争优势已经成为各国政府及学者所关注的问题。东北的振兴要走产业集群的道路,提高地区的竞争优势。

Since the opening and reforming, the Northeast of our nation has apeared a set of questions, such as the conflict of structure, the mechanism being out of order, etc. which were called 'the phenomenon of the Northeast'. After the great developing of the West, the Sixteenth National People's Congress puts forward the strategy of 'rejuvenating the Northeast'. According to the author's opinion, the key to develope the district is forming the competitive industry. At present, the industry cluster's powerful and sustained competitive advantage is becoming the focus question which attracts the governments and scholars from all over the world. Rejuvenating the Northeast should track on the way of industry cluster to improve the competitive advantage of the distict.
