摘要
目的 :运用细胞遗传学和分子细胞遗传学的方法 ,对人肝癌细胞系HCC 990 3进行细胞遗传学分析。方法 :采用G显带与荧光原位杂交相结合的方法进行了细胞遗传学检测。结果 :染色体为非整倍体 ,有lq(i) ,t(6 ;11) ,4 q ,6q 等 ,荧光原位杂交显示X染色体有不同数目的增加。 结论 :提示检出的染色体畸变可能与肝癌的发生、发展有关。
Objective:To explore the relation between chromosomal aberration and carcinogenesis of the liver by molecular cytogenetic analysis of the hepatocellular carcinoma cell line.Methods:A hepatocellular carcinoma cell line,HCC-9903,was establish in 1999.It grew in monolayers.Molecular cytogenetic studies were performed on the cell line using chromosome G-banding and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).Results:The cell line was aneuploid.Copy of chromosome X,lq(i),t(6;11)4q-,6q- were observed in 60%~90% of cells.Conclusion:The presence of the reported chromosomal aberrations may be related to the carcinogenesis and cancer development of the liver.
