摘要
本文提出了利用木炭吸附固定化乳酸菌发酵,耦合离子交换树脂从发酵液中分离出乳酸的新工艺。此方法成功的消除了产物乳酸对乳酸菌生长和发酵的抑制作用,使发酵时间由72小时缩短到48小时,乳酸的体积生产率由1.3g/h.L上升到1.79g/h.
A novel coupling method of extractive fermentation of lactic acid using immobilize L.delbrueckii in carbon was proposed. The new method successfully alleviated the inhibition to lactic acid-producting bacteria growth and fermentation. It decreased the fermentation time from 72h to 60h and production rate from 1.3g/l.h to 1.79g/l.h.
