摘要 本文介绍了用过氧化氢处理的火焰原子吸收法测定食品添加剂羧甲基纤维素钠中的微量钙和镁。本法定量分析准确、快速,可为其他增稠剂的分析提供参考。 The AAS method with sample digested by H2O2 was used for the determination of trace amounts of calcium and magnesium in sodium caiboxymethyl cellulose. The method is accuracy and speedy in quantitative analysis which can provide reference to other thickening agents.
