摘要
应用铁盐催化比色法测定了丽诺养颜片中原花青素的含量,其样品线性范围为28.4～410.0 g/ml,平均加标回收率为95.74%,相对标准偏差为2.77%,该法操作简便、快速、准确,能够用于本产品的质量控制。
A method for determination of procyanidins in Li-nuo tablet beneficial to skin was established by colorimetry with ferric ions as catalysis agent. The linear scope is 28.4~410.8礸/mL. The recovery is 95.74%. The RSD is 2.77%. The proposed method is accurate, precise, rapid and suitable for the analyses of the procyanidins in the compound tablet.
