摘要 采用ODS-C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,对2-甲基-4-羟基-6-苯基嘧啶和2-甲基-4-羟基-5-溴-6-苯基嘧啶的含量进行HPLC分离测定。以甲醇∶水=45∶55为流动相,紫外检测波长为237nm,样品线性范围为0.001~0.1mg·ml-1。分析2-甲基-4-羟基-6-苯基嘧啶的RSD为0.5%,分析2-甲基-4-羟基-5-溴-6-苯基嘧啶的RSD为1.0%。 A HPLC method for seperation and determination of 2-methyl-6-phenyl-pyrimidin-4-ol and 5-bromo-2-methyl-6-phenyl-pyrimidin-4-ol is studied.In this method ODS-C18 and UV director are used,and methanol∶water(45∶55)isused as the mobile phase.The detection is made at the wavelength of 237nm.And the linear range is 0.001~0.1 mg·ml~\{-1\}. This method is accurate,rapid and simple.
