摘要 利用TiCl4明胶溶液和有机膨润土制备复合光催化材料,以高压汞灯为光源,光催化降解活性艳红X-3B模拟染料废水。通过改变催化剂投加量、pH值、温度、光源等条件试验,研究了TiO2/有机膨润土复合材料的光催化降解性能。结果表明,投配比为Ti/有机膨润土=6∶5的复合材料其降解效果要比单独的TiO2和有机膨润土好,且具备重复使用的功效,大大提高了材料的利用率,说明利用该复合光催化材料降解活性艳红X-3B染料废水是一种较为可行的方法。 The reactive-brilliant red X-3B-bearing wastewater is subjected to an photocatalytic degradation with a composite material prepared with TiCl\-4 gelatin solution and organic bentonite with the high-voltage mercury lamp as the light source. The light-degradation performances of TiO\-2 /organic bentonite compounded materials are studied by adjusting the catalyst amounts, pH value, temperature, light sources etc. The results show that the compounded materials at a mixing ratio of Ti/organic bentonite =6∶5 is superior to TiO\-2 or organic bentonite in degradation performances and it has a great utilization efficiency because it may be repeatedly used. Hence this compounded light-catalytic material is effective in degradation of reactive-brilliant red X-3B-bearing wastewater.
