白菜种质资源对小菜蛾抗性的初步评价

Primary Evaluation of the Resistance of Brassica campestris L.ssp. chinensis Germplasm Resource to Diamondback Moth

对国家蔬菜种质资源中期库的 90份白菜种质资源进行了抗小菜蛾鉴定 ,结果表明 90份材料的感虫指数差异达到了显著水平 ;经聚类分析 ,将其抗性分为高抗、抗、中抗、中感、感、高感 6组 ,其中高抗材料 4份。

An identification of 90 accessions of Brassica campestris L.ssp. chinensis germplasm resources from the National Medium Term Bank was conducted in greenhouse. The results showed that the infested index of the 90 accessions was significantly different. The resistance could be divided into 6 groups,high resistance,resistance,medium resistance,medium susceptible,susceptible and high susceptible,among which 4 accessions were high resistance.
