A REVIEW OF RESEARCH PROGRAMS, CHARACTERISTICS AND TRENDS ON MODERN BALLISTICS

摘要 分析了目前弹道学各分支的主要研究方向,认为以液体发射药火炮、电热化学炮和电磁炮为代表的新型推进技术以及由此产生的超高速弹药是带动弹道学发展的一条主线,它们所形成的挑战孕育着武器系统在原理和技术上的重大突破。还论述了弹道系统研究、计算机控制和模拟、武器效能和易损性评估等方法和技术将构成弹道学研究的鲜明特色。 In this paper, the main research programs of each ballistic branch are discussed. It is suggested that new propulsion tachnologies, including liquid propellant gun, electrothermal-chemical gun and electromagnetic gun, and hypervelocity projectiles will be the main lines that will promote the development of ballistics. This challenge will bring along significant progress of weapon systems in their principles and technologies. It is also expounded that the methods and techniques of ballistic system research, computer control and simulation, weapon lethality and vulnerability will be the salient characteristics of ballistic research.
