摘要
目的 :探讨基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)及其组织抑制物 (TIMP 1)与胎膜早破发病机制的关系 ,为防止胎膜早破的发生寻找一条新的途径。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测 40例胎膜早破及 40例正常孕妇 (对照组 )羊水中MMP 9、TIMP 1水平 ,同时行胎膜病检。结果 :胎膜早破孕妇羊水中MMP 9水平较对照组明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而羊水中TIMP 1水平降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ;随着破膜时间的延长羊水中MMP 9水平有增加趋势 ,TIMP 1水平有降低趋势 ;绒毛膜羊膜炎患者 2 5例 ,其羊水中MMP 9水平明显高于非绒毛膜羊膜炎患者 (P <0 0 5 ) ,TIMP 1水平明显低于非绒毛膜羊膜炎患者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :MMP 9的升高及TIMP 1的降低与胎膜早破的发生密切相关。
Objective:This study was conducted to determine if the mechanisms of premature rupture of the fetal membranes(PROM) is associated with amniotic fluid(AF) matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1(TIMP-1),and to find the potential measure control the presence of PROM.Methods: Forty women with PROM and forty women with term were studied.AF MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.At the same time,use the HE staining to determine whether there be existed chorioamnionitis in placenta.Results: AF MMP-9 levels were increased and TIMP-1 levels were decreased during PROM compared to term(P<0.05).AF MMP-9 concentrations showed a tendency of increasing and AF TIMP-1 concentrations showed a tendency of decreasing with prolongation after rupture of membranes.There were 25 chorioamnionitis,their AF MMP-9 levels were significantly higher and AF TIMP-1 were lower than non-chorioamnionitis(P<0.05).Conclusion: The increaseing of AF MMP-9 and the decreasing of AF TIMP-1 are associated with PROM.
