摘要
对炮钢的屈服及其强化规律进行了实验研究,经过适当简化后得到了双线性组合强化模型。利用此模型对内压作用下的厚壁圆筒进行了安定分析,并从安定性的角度提出了确定圆筒自紧度的方法。
In this paper, the yielding and hardening rules of gun-steel is first investigated through experiments. After being appropriately simplified, a two-linear mixed-hardening model is obtained. Then under the model, the shakedown of a thick-walled cylindrical tube subjected to internal pressure is analyzed. A method of defining the autofrettage of a thick-walled cylindrical tube is given from the viewpoint of shakedown.
