摘要
目的 :探讨高频喷射通气在小儿急性呼吸衰竭中的应用体会。方法 :回顾性分析应用高频喷射通气治疗 60例呼吸衰竭患儿的临床资料 ,比较使用机械通气前后的PaO2 、PaCO2 、SaO2 指标变化。结果 :机械通气前后PaO2 、SaO2 的变化有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,住院总死亡率 18 3 3 % ( 11例死亡 )。结论 :高频喷射通气能有效改善肺内气体分布 ,有利于纠正通气 /血流比例失调 ,是抢救呼吸衰竭儿童的重要措施。
Objective:To study the treatment of respiratory failure in the patients of newborns and infants by using high frequency jet ventilation.Methods:60 patients with respiratory failure being treated by the high frequency jet ventilation were retrospectively analyzed.The data of PaO 2?PaCO 2?SaO 2 were compared before and after using mechanical ventilation.Results:There were significantly difference among the data of PaO 2?SaO 2,among 60 patients,11 died with hospital mastality of 18.33%.Conclusion: High frequency jet ventilation might improve the systemic oxyegnation and decrease the pulmonary shunting to avoid ventilation perfusion imbalance.It fit for the treatment of respiratory failure in the patients of newborns and infants.
