甲状腺肿瘤的CT诊断

CT scan in differential diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm

目的 :分析甲状腺肿瘤的CT表现 ,探讨CT在甲状腺肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 :分析经手术病理证实的 2 5例良恶性甲状腺肿瘤的CT表现 ,其中甲状腺腺瘤 7例 ,结节性甲状腺肿 3例 ,各种恶性肿瘤 15例。结果 :腺瘤平扫时边界清晰 ,增强扫描 5例显示完整强化环 ;2例表现为结节样强化 ;3例结节性甲状腺肿病灶局限 ,表现为多发或单发囊性低密度影 ,边缘光滑 ,可见到完整或不完整的囊壁。恶性甲状腺肿瘤平扫时成等或混杂密度 ,边界不清 ,增强扫描强化不均 ,并向邻近组织侵犯。结论 :CT在甲状腺肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。

Objective: To investigate the value of CT scans in differential diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm. Methods: CT findings of 25 cases of thyroid neoplasm including 8 cases thyroid adenoma, 4 cases nodular goiter and 17 cases thyroid carcinoma identified by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 5 cases of thyroid adenoma appear a complete enhanced ring in peril-tumor and 2 cases appeared enhanced nodules in inner-tumor; 3 cases of nodular goiter showed homogenous density; thyroid carcinoma appear motley density,the edges were unclear and infiltration of adjacent might be seen. Conclusion: CT scan might take an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm.
