水泡性口炎病毒释放的方向性及其与细胞骨架的关系 被引量:2

ORIENTATION OF VESICULAR STOMATITIS VIRUS IN THE PROCESS OF VIRAL MATURATION AND RELEASE

摘要 应用多种电镜技术,研究VSV成熟与释放过程中的方向性问题。VSV出芽释放是由半球形的顶端开始,从细胞质膜上伸出,且病毒的长轴常常与质膜平面的方向垂直,病毒成熟和释放与宿主细胞的骨架系统有密切关系。 The maturation and release of vesicular stomatitis virus were studied by means of freeze-etching, immuno-labeling, wholemount technique and so on. The viruses budding through the plasmic membrane of the infec ted BHK-21 cell begin with the hemisphere end of the virus. The orienta-tion of the bulletshaped nucleocapsids in these maturing particles is per pendicular to the surface of the membrane. There seems to be close rela tionship between the maturation and release of VSV particles and the cy toskeleton of host celis.
