银屑病的生物学疗法 被引量:4

摘要 本文阐述了银屑病生物学疗法的免疫学基础 ,并在此基础上对各种生物制剂按减少致病性T细胞的数量 ,抑制T细胞的活化与迁移 ,纠正Th1 Th2的失衡 3个不同作用的环节进行归类 ,对其作用机制 ,临床评价 ,安全性进行综述。
