新生儿脐膨出手术预后因素分析

Evaluation of Prognostic Factors of Neonatal Omphalocele Operation

目的分析新生儿脐膨出的手术预后因素,提高临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析1999年9月～2003年11月收治的10例新生儿脐膨出患儿的病例资料及预后情况。结果10例患儿中9例痊愈。结论脐膨出的类型,是否伴发严重畸形,有无并发症,手术的时机,以及有无产前诊断等因素对新生儿脐膨出手术预后有重要影响。

Objective To analyze the Prognostic factors of neonatal omphalocele operation,in order to raise the operative efficacy. Methods Surgical data and prognostic condition for ten cases of omphalocele who were hospitalized from Sep 1999 to Oct 2003 were collected and retrospectively analyzed . Results Nine of ten cases were well recovery,cure rate reached 90%. Conclusions Important influencing factors for the prognosis of omphalocele the operation is performed at early or late stage,whether the sick children have severe deformity or complication,prenatal diagnosis has been arranged,and whether delivery accepted in the special hospital etc.
