摘要
基于核电厂操纵员心理特质与绩效关系的定量研究,运用Borda数方法,结合操纵员心理行为特点,对操纵员能力进行了评价。研究结果可为操纵员的可靠性研究和评价提供依据。
Based on the quantitative research on nuclear power plant (NPP) operator's psychological characteristics and performance, the Borda's method of fuzzy mathematics combined with the character of operator's task is used to evaluate their abilities. The result provides the reference for operator's reliability research and psychological evaluation.
