CTI技术是集数字程控交换、DSP语音处理、计算机、总线、网络通信于一体的计算机语音集成。计算机系统的用户界面、数据库、应用软件与交换通信系统的呼叫控制相结合,提供基于呼叫的数据选择、计算机拨号、呼叫监视、路由和语音处理等功能。并且能够实现各种媒体类型的信息传递,包括实时信号和非实时信号。

Computer telephony integration (CTI) is a new technology that digital program control exchange, DSP sound process, computer, bus and network communication were integrated. User interface database and application of computer system was combined with calling control of exchange communication system, some functions of data choice based on call, computer dialing, call surveillance, route and DSP sound process were provided. And them can realize information transfer that includes real time signal and non-real time signal about all sorts of media types.
