Design of Microchannel Condenser

微通道冷却器的设计采用微通道模型、水冷式激光二极管,用ANSYS软件进行设计。单位面积上的微通道数与通道壁的总面积成反比,把不规则通道折算成矩形通道,计算结果比预定的偏大,必须进行修正得出更准确的散热功率。

Microchannel model, water-cool laser diode, ANSYS software in design of microchannel condenser. Number of microchannel in unit area is inversely proportional to total area of channel walls, and abnormity channel was converted into rectangular channel, if calculated result is as big as scheduled count, must correct it till its power for heat of emission is veracious.
