摘要
大型或超大型FPSO由于船体尺度大 ,各种模块重心高度亦高 ,在风、浪、流共同作用下 ,加上船体梁变形的影响 ,模块支撑根部的应力更高 ,所以传统的刚架型模块支撑形式不适用于环境条件恶劣的FPSO。本文以MARIC设计的在强台风海域服务、永不解脱、内转塔式 15万吨级“南海奋进”号和“海上石油 111”号FPSO为例 ,研究了船体梁变形值 ,考虑在风、浪、流和液货共同作用下的模块支墩结构的分析比较 ,综合分析消防、管线布置和安全通道的要求 ,提出了适合于恶劣海况、能够抵御百年一遇台风的新型模块支墩结构形式。
The large or super FPSO,for its large ship dimensions with higher weight centers of the modules,has the higher damage stress in root structure of module support under the action of wind,waves and current,so the traditional frame system of module support structure of the FPSO will not suit to serve in severe environment.In this paper,using the object FPSO of 150 000 ton dwt“Nanhai March”and“Ocean Petrol 111”designed by MARIC,which with inner turn tower served and permanently moored in the violent typhoon sea area,through the study of the deformation of the hull girder, the comparison with different support structure stress responses of the FPSO under wind,wave and current loads action,the analysis of the requirements of fire protection,pipe line arrangement and safe passage,a new type of module stool structure of the FPSO is presented,which suits in severe sea state and can endure violent typhoon with the probability of once occurret in 100 years.
