爆轰和预塑变对20CrMo钢氢脆的影响

摘要 研究了预塑变对爆轰处理和未爆轰处理样品的强度、表面残留应力、氢脆敏感性及其关系的影响。结果表明:对于爆轰处理两次的材料,压缩预塑变使强度和氢脆敏感性一同下降;对于未爆轰处理的材料,压缩塑性变形使强度和氢脆敏感性一起升高;拉伸预塑变使两者的强度和氢脆敏感性都升高,但升高的幅度有明显差别。 Investigation was made of effect of preplastic deformation for unexplosive and explosive treatments on strength, surface residual stress and hydrogen embrittlement of the specimens. The results showed that, by compressive plastic deformation, the strength and hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity were decreased for the second treated material, and increased for the nontreated one, by tension preplastic deformation these properties were increased for both materials but the rising degree was quite different.
