抗纤散在慢性乙型肝炎抗纤维化治疗中的作用研究

Clinical Study of Kangxiansan Soup to Prevent Liver Fibrosis in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

目的 :研究抗纤散 (KXS)在慢性乙型肝炎 (CHB ,慢乙肝 )抗纤维化治疗中的作用。方法 :将 40例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组及对照组各 2 0例。对照组给予保肝、退黄、降酶药物治疗 ,治疗组每日给予抗纤散汤剂 2 0 0ml,分两次口服 ,其他治疗方案同对照组。治疗两个疗程后 ,分别检测两组患者血清乙肝标志物及丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)、总胆红素 (TBil)、Ⅲ型前胶原PCⅢ、层粘连蛋白 (LN)、透明质酸 (HA)的含量。结果 :治疗组 13例HBeAg ( +)阴转 7例 ,对照组 11例HBeAg ( +)只有 1例转阴 ,治疗组患者血清ALT、AST、TBil、PCⅢ、LN、HA含量检测提示均显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :抗纤散在慢性乙型肝炎抗纤维化治疗中有确切疗效。

Objective:To study the effect of Kang Xiansan(KXS) soup to prevent liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods:40 patients with CHB were divided randomly into two groups, which were control group and treatment group. The control group received drugs which could protect liver, clean jaundice and decrease serum enzyme. The treatment group received not only the drugs which the control group received, but also KXS soup 200ml per day divided into twice daily. Serum HBV-M, ALT, AST, TBil, PCⅢ, LN and HA were tetected on the two groups after 6 months. Results:7 of 13(53.8%) patients were cleaned serum HBeAg during therapy in treatment group while the control group only 1 of 11(9.1%). The level of serum ALT, AST, TBil, PCⅢ, LN and HA of patients in treatment group were notably lower than those of patients in control group.Conclusion: KXS soup is an effective drug to prevent liver fibrosis in patients with CHB.
