摘要
研究表明,铝硅类活塞合金热疲劳过程分为三个阶段:过渡阶段、稳定增长阶段和快速增长阶段。当热疲劳循环周次超过临界值N_C后,裂纹由萌生阶段发展到连续扩展阶段。微孔面积稳定增长速率b是衡量材料抗热疲劳性能的重要指标。
The thermal fatigue process of aluminium silicon alloy can be divided into three stages: transition stage, steady and rapid increasing stages. When the number of times of thermal fatigue cycle surpasses the critical valve Nc, cracks grow from initiating to continuous propagation. The alloy property on the resistance to thermal fatigue can be evaluated by parameter b, the Steady increasing rate of microcrack areas.
