摘要
对粉末冶金法制备的SiC_((P,W))/A1复合材料进行了不同的淬火处理试验,结果表明,淬火处理可以提高复合材料的强度,并且强度随薄火温度的提高而增加。强度增加的主要原因是由于淬火处理造成复合材料基体中位错密度升高所致,验证了复合材料的位错强化理论。
The quenching treatment of SiC_(p, w)/Al composites fabricated by powder metallurgy technique was carried out at different temperatures. The tests indicate that the strength of the composites can be improved and increased with raising quenching temperature. The improvement in strength can account for the increase of dislocation density in the matrix of the composites. The dislocation strengthening mechanism is verified.
