摘要
借助透射电镜等手段,研究了循环加热状态下,铁基高温合金的维氏硬度变化及相交过程,结果表明,实验合金在57℃到650℃之间循环热处理,固溶处理后再经循环热处理的试样的硬度随循环次数的增加而增加;固溶处理加两次时效处理后再经热循环的试样,循环次数少于30次时,硬度随循环次数的增加而减小,循环加热次数多于30次,硬度随循环次数的增加而增加,其硬度的变化与合金中析出的有序相的尺寸及分布有关。
Under thermal cycling treatment, the chang of Vickers-Hardness(HV) and phase in iron-based superalloyis studied by TEM, et al. The alloy is thermal cycling treated between 57℃ and 650℃, Sample B was homogenized, and sample A was homogenized and doubleaged before thermal cycling. The VH of sample B simply increases with thermal cycling times. When thermal cycling times is loss than 30, the HV of sample A decreases with the times; when the times is more than 30, it increases with the times. It is proposed that the change of the HV is related with the distribution and size of ordered domains in the alloy.
