摘要
探索出一种使18Cr2Ni4WA钢曲轴的疲劳强度满足σ_(-1)≥490.3MPa技术要求的热处理新工艺。同时,通过金相组织,晶粒度和夹杂物的分析研究,讨论了新工艺使疲劳强度提高的主要原因。
A new heat treatment has been explored which makes the crank shaft fatigue strength of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel satisfy with the technical specification of σ_(-1)^-≥490.3MPa. The main reason for improving the fatigue strength was discussed by investigation and analysis of metallographical structure, grain sizes and impurities.
