摘要
研究了铝合金挤压铸造镶圈内冷活塞,通过对铸铁耐磨镶圈、内冷油腔型芯的研制和活塞铝合金的熔炼、复合挤压铸造等工艺试验以及各阶段工艺过程检查和产品质量检验、寿命考核,所研制的活塞完全满足了大马力发动机验收技术条件的要求。410h单缸考核实验,耐磨寿命提高5~10倍,该活塞的挤压铸造及镶圈技术,成本低、工艺简单、可直接镶铸耐磨镶圈和成型内冷油腔,质量可靠,有较大的推广应用价值。
Investigation was made on the material and its process for extrusion casting piston, wear resistance, Al-Fe metals composite and cooling oil groove forming. The piston with cooling oil groove by Al alloy extrusion casting was tested successfully for single bore for 410 hours according to the requirements of 1000~1200 horse power disels. The life of the wear resistance can be increased by 5 to 10 times.
