摘要
总结了在铸型内一次完成铸件表面合金层制作的工艺试验,分析了影响合金层形成的因素。试验表明,采用此种工艺制成的表面合金层,不但可以满足其设计成分和性能的要求,而且简单,经济,是一种有广阔前途的新工艺。
This paper deals with the alloy coating process on casting surface. Process experiments of coat formation in the mould during casting havo been summerized, and the factors affecting its formation have been analyzed. Fxperiments show that when this process is adopted, the expecting requirements on its constituents and properties can be satisfied. At the same time, the process is superior for its simplicity and low price. This new process will find its wide application undoubtedly.
