摘要
用11种金属材料在试验温度为150℃、NaOH浓度为41%~47%的内蒙古天然碱苛化烧碱液中,进行了全浸式静态和动态腐蚀试验。用失重法测量腐蚀速度,用透射电镜观察腐蚀形貌,并鉴定了钝化膜及附着物的晶体结构。其中的高纯铁素体不锈钢试件还在内蒙查干诺尔碱矿进行挂片试验。最后按耐蚀性能对试验材料进行了排队,并认为高纯铁素体不锈钢在内蒙古天然碱苛化烧碱液中有优良的耐腐蚀性能,有希望用于制造浓效天然碱苛化烧碱液的蒸发装置。
A static and dynamic corrosion tests were. carried out with materials of eleven metals immersed in Nei Mong-gu natural soda containing 41%~47% NaOH and with a temperature of 150℃. The corrosion speed was determined by a loss-in-weight, the corrosion shape was observed and the crystal structure of passive films and superadditions were identified by TEM. The sample tests for high-purity ferritic stainless steel showed a significant corrosion resistance when they were immersed in Nei Mong-gu natural soda. This stainless steel may be used for making the equipment for preparing nature soda.
