试论产业结构调整对经济增长的正面效应

对产业结构进行战略性的调整,并以此促进经济增长,是新世纪我国经济发展的大思路。这种调整在今后较长时期内是贯穿我国经济发展的一条主线,其战略意义中最核心的一点就是:产业结构调整有助于促进经济增长。从静态的角度分析了产业结构状况对经济增长的影响,又从动态的角度研究了产业结构调整对经济增长的促进作用,包括自适应效应、产出效应、成长效应、扩散效应及产业组织结构的供给效应,得出的结论是:经济增长并不是脱离产业结构而单独发生的经济过程,而恰恰是产业结构不断调整和优化的结果。产业结构效应或者说产业结构的调整是决定经济增长的重要因素,它们之间具有明确而稳定的传导机制。还提出了为促进经济增长而推进产业结构调整的方向和思路。

The strategic adjustment of industrial structure is the key vision of our economic growth in the new century,which significantly lies in the promotion of adjustment of industrial structure to economic growth . The paper firstly analyses the influence of industrial structure to economic growth from the static point, and then, study the promotion of adjustment of industrial structure to economic growth. The conclusion of the analysis is: The economic growth is the result of continuous adjustment of industrial structure and the effect of industrial structure is the key factor of economic growth. there is obvious and stable conductive mechanism. The paper brings forward the direction and some measures to adjust the industrial structure at last.
