Analysis of Risk Assessment Model for Vertical Breakwaters

基于风险评估的基本理论 ,在分析原有设计方法的基础上 ,将风险评估理论引入到防波堤工程上来 ,给出了直立式防波堤工程的风险评估模型。结合工程实例的计算结果表明 ,该方法可以寻求出工程中存在的某些薄弱环节 ,从而为工程设计和风险管理决策提供有效的科学依据。

Based on the risk assessment theory,analyzing the shortcoming of the former design method,risk assessment method is introduced into breakwater engineering,risk assessment model for the vertical breakwater is presented.The results related to a practical example show that this method can help to find out some weakness in the engineering,and consequently provide a scientific basis for the engineering designs and risk management decisions.
