摘要
援外工程项目的施工监理既不同于国内工程 ,也不同于国际工程承包项目。本文结合实践经验 ,对现行援外项目施工监理中的现状和存在的问题进行了分析 ,并提出了相应的对策。
The constructional supervision in foreign aid engineering ,which is different from domestic project and international contracting project, is introduced in the paper, meanwhile the problems existing in it are analysed at present.
