摘要 本文通过建立经济学模型,分析了企业自身具有制假的内在动因及其社会福利损失,正品生产企业和制假企业之间为了争夺有限的市场而展开的竞争及其均衡,并通过效用函数分析了假冒伪劣产品给消费者带来的福利损失。最后,运用进化博弈方法,分析了政府在权衡由制假所得利益和其造成的社会损失之后,可能采取的策略。 This paper, through setting up economic models, analyzes enterprises' endogenous incentives to produce fake commodities and the loss of social welfare, and the equilibrium between qualified and fake producers. Then it employs utility function to point out the utility loss as to consumers. At last, this analyzes the probable strategies governments may take after weighing the benefit of fake against its social cost.
