摘要
诚信正成为我国社会主义市场经济背景下最具焦点性的话语之一,成为我们社会当下最为稀缺性的道德资源。今年3·15的主题是"诚信·维权"。可是,年年有维权年年有侵权,维权行动收效甚微。只有政府、企业、消费者和传媒各司其职,增强消费者的"自我维权"意识、商业者的"换位思维"意识、政府"立木为信"的意识和传媒的"维权参与"意识,才能真正维护消费者的合法权益,共同打造诚信维权的钢铁长城。
Integrality is becoming one of the focus words and the least resource in the socialist market economy of China. The '3·15' topic of this year is 'integrality & protection of the rights and interests of consumers'. But the benefit is not too good. The best way, I think, on protection of the rights and interests of consumers, is to unite consumers, corporations, government and media to make a model like a firm great wall. I named it by '3+1'model. It consists of four parts. They are self-protection of the rights and interests of consumers, changing-point thought of corporations, the credit of government and the sense of participation of media.
