摘要
对企业信息化活动进行绩效评价是对企业而言是至关重要的,目前企业信息化的测评方法无法科学的评价企业信息化的水平和效益。平衡计分卡作为一种综合性的、战略性的绩效评价工具,完全可以引入到企业信息化测评的活动中。通过对企业信息化活动性质分析,本文给出了使用平衡计分卡进行企业信息化测评的框架。
It is important for enterprise to evaluate the enterprise information performance.The current systems are not able to evaluate effet of the enterprise information correctly .The balanced scorecard is a stratagic tool for evaluating performance. It is possible to put balanced scorecard into enterprise information performance. On the base of analysing the information performance activities,the article puts out a common method to evaluate the information performance activities by using balanced scorecard.
