国债规模之我见

My opinion about scale of the national debt

从1998年开始实施的以国债政策为主体的积极财政政策对我国经济发展功不可没。但是国债规模的日益扩大最终也可能产生其负面影响,因此对国债规模的研究日益受到我国经济学界和财政学界的广泛重视。同时,对国债规模的大小也是争论不休,存在的分歧较大。本文从对国债规模指标体系的基础分析出发,通过我国的和国外其他国家的指标进行对比分析,对我国目前国债规模提出的几点看法以及进一步加强国债管理应注意的问题。

The size to the scale of the national debt is to debate endlessly too at the same time, the difference existing is relatively great. From analyzing and set out this text to national debt scale index, one that is through our country and foreign countries other the indexes of countries compare. And strengthen the management question that should pay attention to of national debts to some views that the scale of the national debt puts forward at present in our country further.
