违背Westgard质控规则的实验观察

Experimental obsevation of violating the westgard control rules

目的了解并分析违背Westgard质控规则的情况。方法用正常浓度值及高浓度值两种质控物,通过对常用8项临床化学检验共480次的质量控制实验的数据进行分析。结果违背下列质控规则的有12S27次、13S1次、22S1次、R4S1次和41S3次。结论8项临床化学检验480次实验性质控中,出现“警告”27次(5.63%),提示随机误差和系统误差分别为0.42%和0.83%。如用多规则质控法,可提高误差的检出率,有利于提高常规检验质量。

Objective:To understand and analyze the situation of violating the Westgard quality control rules.Methods:By480times quality control experiment of eight ordinary clinical chemistry examinations with normal and high value control material,the obtained data were analyzed.Results:The below quality rules were l 2S 27times,1 3S 1time,2 2S 1time,R 4S 1time and4 1S 3times.Conclusion:In8clinical chemistry examina-tions,480times experiments of quality control,'Warn'were found27time(5.63%)random errors and sys-tematic errors0.42%and0.83%respectively,When multi_rule control method was applied,the exposing rate of errors may be enhanced,then the ordinary examination quality may be also improved further.
