Passivation Treatment of Melting Pole Al-Si Alloy Welding Wire Surface

摘要 提出了一种新型的熔化极Al-Si合金焊丝表面钝化的方法,讨论了各种因素对钝化效果的影响。研究结果表明,熔化极Al-Si合金焊丝经钝化后,可提高其表面的耐蚀性、憎水性,能改善焊丝的电接触性,减小送丝阻力;钝化后的焊丝可长期保存,焊前不需作任何清理就能直接施焊,使焊接质量有了明显提高。 A new passivation method for melting pole Al-Si alloy welding wire was presented. Effects of various factors on passivation were discussed. Results showed that after being passivated, the corrosion resistance, the water-repellency and the electric contacting property of melting pole Al-Si alloy welding wire were improved and resistance of delivering wire was decreased. Passivated welding wire could be preserved for a long time and could be made welding directly and need no any treatment more.
